NeVeR GiVe Up!

Have you ever given your all to something, experienced disappointments , and given up?

"Never give up on something that you can't
go a day without thinking about."

-UNKNOWN-

I felt it when the result that I want aren't coming to me as quickly as I'd like, despite the fact that I bust my butt to see results? Then, I start to doubt myself, my skills and my talent , my ability to succeed. Sometimes I wonder why I tried so hard, study until midnight but yet my friends who is more relax than we get higher than me. How stupid I am when I think about it. Are you sometimes felt the same way as I did?

For sure I'm not the only one.I remembered when things got really tough and not enough time to do all the things that we have to do. It seemed like I want to quit studying and be at my home sweet home. And then something happened when I watched this video :

My eyes started welled up in tears. I stop and think a while and stood silently and made a commitment to myself. I was never going to give up. I was going to do what it took to success of this thing & the rest is history.....

Quotes to keep your enthusiasm even when things get through : -

" Most on the important things in the world
have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying
when there seemed to be no hope at all."

- Dale Carnegie-

Lastly, my advice for me to all who read my post are when things go wrong as they sometimes will, rest if you must but do not surrender. Success is failure turned inside out & you can never tell how close you are. It may seems so far. So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit! Lots of love.

What is the meaning of the True Love

A boy met her girl friend in his friend's party. She was so outstanding that many guys chasing after her, while he was so normal that nobody paid attention to him. At the end of the party, he invited her to have coffee with him, she was surprised, but due to being polite, she accepts the request. They sat in a nice coffee shop, he was too nervous to say anything, she felt uncomfortable, she said, please; let me go home.

Suddenly the boy asked the waiter, "Would you please give me some salt? I would like to put it in my coffee." She stared at him, so strange! His face turned red, but still, he put the salt in his coffee and drank it.

She asked him curiously; why you have this hobby? He replied: "when I was a little boy, I was living near the sea, I like playing in the sea, and I could feel the taste of the sea, just like the taste of the salty coffee. Now every time I have the salty coffee, I always think of my childhood, think of my hometown, I miss my hometown so much, I miss my parents who are still living there" while saying tears filled his eyes. She was deeply touched. That's his true feeling, from the bottom of his heart.

A man, who can tell out his home sickness, He must be a man who loves home, cares and has responsibility of home. Then she also started to speak about her far away hometown, her childhood, family and all. That was a really nice talk, and also a beautiful beginning of their love story. They continued to see each other. She found that actually he was a man who meets all her demands; he had tolerance, kind hearted, warm and careful. He was such a good person but she almost missed him! Thanks to his salty coffee!

Then the story begin just like every beautiful love story, the princess married to the prince, and then they were living the happy life and every time she made coffee for him, she put some salt in the coffee, as she knew that's the way he liked it always. After 40 year of married life, suddenly the boy had passed away, and left her a letter, in which he said: "My dearest wife, please forgive me, forgive my whole life lie which I told you. This was the only lie I said to you - "the salty coffee."

Remember the first time we met? I was so nervous at that time, actually I wanted some Sugar, but I said salt. It was hard for me to change, so I just went ahead. I never thought that could be the beginning of our love story! I tried to tell you the truth many times in my life, but I was too afraid to do that, as I have promised not to lie to you for anything in my married life. Now I'm dying, I m afraid of nothing, so I tell you the truth: I don't like the salty coffee, what a strange and bad taste. But I had the salty coffee for my whole life! Since I Love you, I never feel sorry for anything I do for you.

"Having you with me is my biggest happiness for my whole life." If I can live for the second time, I still want to know you and have you only in my life, even though I have to drink the salty coffee for my whole life. "Her tears made the letter totally wet. Someday, someone asked her: "what's the taste of salty coffee?"
"It's very sweet". She replied

Beauty Tips for Teens

Being a teen in today's world brings many pressures from society to look good. The media is full of beautiful faces that add to the stress of growing up. Don't let that undermine your self-confidence!

What's a girl to do? There are many ways to enhance your natural beauty and keep a practical skin care and make-up routine. These tips will help bring out the best in you, but remember, good posture and a smile give a great first impression.

Skin Care Tips

Teenagers have different skin care and make-up needs than mature women. At what age should a teen begin a skin care regimen? Skin care should actually start when they are preteens, as early as the age of 10 or 11. Hormones start to kick in and blemishes may begin to appear.

As you mature, your skin care needs will change, as your skin does. Pay special attention to what products you are using and if there are any undesirable affects taking place. What makes your skin look radiant one month may cause blemishes and break-outs the next.

Moisturizer

At an early age, a light moisturizer may be called for -- but do not use heavy creams made for dry skin. Choose a product that is formulated for light skin care maintenance and does not block your pores.

A heavy moisturizer will probably wreak havoc and cause pimples. Try using a light moisturizer only once a day, before bedtime. Any more often than that is probably be overdoing it.

Pimples and Blemishes

Acne is a #1 skin care concern for teens. Keep your face and hair clean, wash your hands frequently, and keep them away from your face. There are many products available on the market today for acne prevention and cures, and they are much more effective than years ago.

Once you begin experiencing problems, take action to avoid lifetime scarring. You can go to the Blemishes Page to find out how to get rid of pimples, preventative maintenance and how to reduce the appearance of blemishes once they appear.

Make-up for Teenagers

Most teenage girls begin wearing light make-up around the ages of 12-13 as they become more aware of their appearance. As a teen, your make-up should look natural and enhance your facial features. Don't overdo it, this will only make you look silly. With a few simple, inexpensive products, you can play up your finest features -- and look great!

Keep your make-up light for school. You don't need to use make-up on every facial feature you have! Mix and match to find out what looks best on you.

For parties, you may want to add a little more make-up to enhance your features. Make sure you blend it in well with your fingers or a cosmetics brush and check it in bright light when you're finished.

Foundation

Foundation for teens is not necessary. While it can clog your pores, it will also look overdone. Skip the foundation and use a concealer on your blemishes only. Lightly dust on some loose powder over your entire face to even out your skin tone, control oil, and set the concealer.

Eye Make-up

You may not be interested in eye shadow until you're a little older. If so, that's great. When you do begin wearing it, keep it light and use any trendy metallics and sparkles sparingly. They can flake off into your eyes and cause irritation. Eye shadow does not have to match your eyes, however earth tones (tan, brown, gray) are very complimentary to blue, brown and hazel eyes.

When you begin using mascara, brown works best for both blondes and brunettes. Black is probably too harsh, especially in the daytime. If you think brown isn't dark enough, try brownish-black.

Waterproof mascara may be necessary for sports and outdoor activities in warm weather. It stays on longer and doesn't run -- but it's harder to take off. It's best to keep make-up to a minimum and you won't have to worry about undesired smearing.

If you're going to use an eyeliner, a pencil liner looks more natural than liquid liner. Learn to apply it with a steady hand for straight lines, and blot it with a tissue if you get it on too dark.

Blush

Liquid and stick blush are popular choices for teens because they glide on smoothly and blend in well. Pinks and peaches compliment almost any skin tone. Apply to the apple of your cheeks and blend outwards, towards your hairline.

Lips

For luscious lips, lip gloss does the trick. If you want to add some color to your lips for a nighttime look, try a lipstick in a sheer color. For extra shine, put the lip gloss on over your lipstick. Always have lip balm handy for chapped lips.

General Makeup Advice

As with any make-up, blending is the key. Check your make-up in daylight if possible and don't be afraid to swipe off any access with a tissue. If you ever experience any skin irritation, quit using make-up immediately until you find out what the problem is. Consult your dermatologist for the best remedy.

Cramps in the Leg

hye lover blogger..

I just coming back from Human Resource Camping,,it's really fun n unfortunately i had cramps in my leg. That's why in this blog i wanna to share with you about what is about a leg cramps since i had been feels right now..seriously i'm in pain right now! ..:(

What are leg cramps?

A leg cramp is a pain that comes from a leg muscle. It is due to a muscle spasm which is when a muscle contracts too hard. It usually occurs in a calf muscle, below and behind a knee. The small muscles of the feet are sometimes affected.

A cramp pain typically lasts a few minutes. In some cases it lasts just seconds, but in some cases it lasts up to 10 minutes. The severity of the pain varies. The muscle may remain tender for up to 24 hours after a leg cramp. Leg cramps usually occur when you are resting - most commonly at night when in bed. (They are often called night cramps.) They may wake you. It can become a distressing condition if your sleep is regularly disturbed.

Who gets leg cramps?

Many people have an occasional leg cramp. However, they occur frequently in some people. They are more common in older people. About 1 in 3 people over the age of 60, and about half of people over the age of 80, have regular leg cramps. About 4 in 10 people who have leg cramps have at least three per week. They occur every day in some people.

What causes leg cramps?

In most cases the cause is not known. One theory is that cramps occur when a muscle that is already in a shortened position is stimulated to contract. As the muscle is already shortened, to contract further may cause the muscle to go into spasm. This commonly happens at night in bed as the natural position we lie in is with the knees slightly bent (flexed), and with feet pointing slightly downwards. In this position the calf muscle is relatively shortened and may be prone to cramps. This theory explains why stretching exercises may cure the problem details.
What is the treatment for a leg cramp?

Stretching and massaging the affected muscle can usually relieve an attack of cramp. Most cramps soon ease off. Painkillers are not usually helpful as they do not act quickly enough. However, a painkiller such as paracetamol may help to ease muscle discomfort and tenderness that sometimes persists for up to 24 hours after a cramp has gone.

At first, do stretching exercises of affected muscles for about five minutes, three times a day. Do the last exercise shortly before bedtime. If the cramps ease off, you may then only need to do the exercise once or twice a day to keep the cramps away.

To stretch calf muscles, stand about 60-90 cm from a wall. Then, keeping the soles of your feet flat on the floor, bend forward and lean on the wall. You will feel your calf muscles stretch. Do this several times, each time for as long as you can manage. It may take a week or so of exercises before you notice an improvement. So, it is worth giving yourself a 2-4 week trial of regular calf stretching exercises to see if your cramps ease off. The cramps may not go completely, but their frequency and/or severity may reduce.

Posture of the legs when resting in bed

Positions which prevent the calf muscle from shortening when you are asleep may help. The following are not proven treatments (from research studies), but some experts believe that they help to prevent cramps.

1. Using a pillow to prop the feet up in bed while sleeping on your back.
2. Hanging the feet over the end of the bed while sleeping on your front.
3. Keeping blankets loose at the foot of the bed to prevent toes and feet from pointing downwards during sleep.
